How Steve got started...
Steve is a United States Marine Veteran, life long resident of Carroll County and owner of S&S Property Services. He has over 10 years experience in the real estate and rental industry. Steve realized how much he truly enjoys managing rentals after investing in and running his own rental properties. In pursuit of his love for real estate, Steve sought the education to become a licensed real estate agent. He passed the necessary courses and obtained his Maryland Real Estate License. After working as a realtor for one year, he realized his heart was in rentals. In 2015, he decided to offer his expertise and start managing other owner's properties. Property by property, word of mouth helped build Steve's portfolio to what it is today.
